This song was inspired when songwriter Abbie Stancato was listening to a local radio talk show host. His guest commented (paraphrasing)… As Americans and Christians we must ask ourselves, do we believe in one nation under man, or one nation under God. It touched his heart and had a profound impact thus inspiring this song.
